Returns

 

 

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase but if you unfortunately are not, you are able to return your online items to us in person or by post.

You have 14 days to return your item to us, from the date you recieve your parcel. If you inform us of your intention to return your parcel before these inital 14 days you have another 14 days to return your parcel to us.

In order to make a return, you must register your item through our returns portal below, where UK customers can easily purchase return shipping with Evri. *For this option you must have access to a printer* International return labels are not currently available through our portal.

You can return your online purchase direct to us instore, in person, for free. The staff will process the return at the till and usual return terms apply.

Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of your goods being delivered in our offices (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though this may rise slightly during busier times, Garage Sale, Christmas etc.

Please note the cost of all UK and International returns is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside of the UK, you may need to complete a customs declaration noting that the packaging contains returned goods.

What happens once I have sent my items off?

Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an email once your refund has been processed.


Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. If you do not inform us that you want to return the item within 14 days of delivery, or if your return does not reach us within 14 days of informing us that you want to return it, your return will fall under our 360 scheme. While we try and process refunds within days of items arriving back to our warehouse, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If there is any problem with your order please contact our customer care team at: [email protected] Please include your order number with any item you return. The item number should start with E000. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

Can I exchange an Item online?

If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

In the interests of hygiene, make-up and toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced earrings cannot be returned.

 

 

 

 

We know that sometimes you change your mind and we're here for you! We only want you to wear what you love!

Our physical stores offer an exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. All tags must be attached to the garment. We will need a receipt to process your return but if you don't have this we may be able to reprint this with some proof of purchase (statement screenshot, etc.).

 

Please note that we do not accept returns on items purchased from our Frölunda Torg or Mitt Möllan outlets.
